Q: What's different about the new Curite Composite Door?
A: At first glance the door looks the same as any other composite door. In fact all the colours and designs are the same. That's where the similarity ends. Our door is the next generation composite door. You do not need three sizes anymore as our door is manufactured to accommodate all sizes. Yes that's right, one size fits all.
Q: How did we do it?
A: Simple, our door is manufactured in 850 mm x 2025 mm and can be trimmed by a maximum of 130 mm from the sides and by a 120 mm from the height. This should give the manufacturer a complete width size of about: 830 mm - 960 mm. We have increased the height of the door to eliminate the use of add-ons on most doors. The height size depends on what type of threshold is used.
Q: Is that all that is different?
A: No. Because of the larger section of plastic at the ends, the door has more strength and is a bit heavier, making it feel better.
